Mat Foundations

Start your teaching journey with a strong foundation. Our Mat Certification builds your knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and essential repertoire so you can confidently lead classes from day one.

Reformer 1

Master the essentials of Reformer teaching. In this course, you’ll learn the core repertoire on the Reformer without props, focusing on alignment, cueing, and safe technique. Reformer 1 builds the foundation every instructor needs to confidently teach group classes.

Reformer 2

Expand your teaching toolkit with advanced Reformer variations. Reformer 2 introduces the use of the long box, short box, jumpboard, and additional props to add challenge, variety, and creativity to your classes. This certification prepares you to deliver dynamic sessions that keep clients progressing and engaged.

Mat Foundations Certification

Our Mat Foundations Certification is open to everyone. No prior Pilates training or teaching experience is necessary.
